Lauren has a bachelor’s degree from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. She majored in English and Communications, with a concentration in Journalism.
Lauren began working as a member of Blue Ridge Title’s support staff in August, 2002. She has worked in every facet of Blue Ridge Title Company’s business, including recording real estate documents, processing settlements, reconciling escrow accounts and conducting settlements. She is currently owner and President of Blue Ridge Title Company.
Lauren will be your main contact throughout your settlement process. All contracts and title orders will be received by Lauren and she can be reached at any time for questions or concerns.

Liz has been with Blue Ridge Title for 11 years and has 20 years of experience in the title and lending industries. She is currently our Office Manager.
Liz also handles the post-closing portion of your settlement. She prepares your real estate documents for recording, records them and prepares your title insurance policies.
